FNDN
Program
Policy
Our policies are in place to ensure a safe, structured, and high-quality training environment for all athletes. They help maintain organization, fairness, and accountability while supporting each player’s development and overall experience at FNDN.
1
Payment & Registration
All athletes must be fully registered before participating in any group training session. Payment must be completed prior to attendance unless a payment plan has been approved. Registration is non-transferable between athletes.
2
Cancellations & Refunds
All payments are final unless a session is cancelled by FNDN. In the event of a cancellation, athletes may receive a make-up session, credit or refund. Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions due to personal reasons.
Athlete Conduct
3
Health & Safety
Athletes must be physically able to participate in basketball training activities. Any injuries, medical conditions, or limitations must be disclosed prior to participation. While safety is a top priority, FNDN is not responsible for injuries sustained during training.
4
Athlete Conducts
FNDN promotes a high-performance, respectful, and positive training environment. Athletes are expected to show respect toward coaches, staff, and other participants at all times. Disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal from the program without refund.
5
Attendance & Punctuality
Athletes are expected to arrive on time and fully prepared for each session. Consistent attendance is strongly encouraged to maximize development and progress. Missed sessions are not guaranteed make-ups unless otherwise stated by FNDN.
6
Media & Photography
FNDN may capture photos and videos during training sessions for promotional and marketing purposes. By registering, participants consent to the use of their image unless otherwise requested in writing prior to participation.
7
Program Updates
FNDN reserves the right to modify training structure, pricing, schedules, or policies at any time. Any significant updates will be communicated to registered participants in advance.
8
Age and Group Placement
Athletes are placed into training groups based on age, skill level, and coach evaluation. FNDN reserves the right to adjust group placements to ensure balanced competition and proper player development. Reassessment requests may be considered upon review.
